Blah

I'm thinking about taking a trip over spring break (3rd week in March). Since I'm not going to Rome, we canceled my plane ticket but I could only a voucher thingy worth 800 some odd dollars (whatever I paid for my ticket). I think you can get just about anywhere in the US, Canada and Mexico for that. So, give me some ideas people.

I Have to Say This

Like the title says, I have to say this. I know that most of you will probably disagree with me but it's still how I feel and I'm tired of being quiet. Having said that, I think the president should be impeached. Surveys have shown that the majority of the country does not support this war or the position it has put our country in, I'm part of that majority. Don't get me wrong, I do support our troops, especially since I have several family members in the military. I think they are extremely brave individuals who are probably better people than I am because I could never do the work they do. However, I do not support George W. Bush. Former President Clinton was impeached because he took advantage of an intern, got a BJ, and lied to the nation about getting said BJ. President Bush lied to the nation about the causes for the war in Iraq and Iraq's supposed possession of WMDs. Bush's lies have put us into trillions of dollars of debt and more importantly caused the loss of over 3,000 American lives. I've thought about this for a long time and there is nothing in my body can rationalize supporting this man's actions. If this country believes that one president should be impeached for "disgracing" his office by lying about his actions with an intern than should that same country not impeach a president whose lies have caused the deaths of 3,000 men and women. I can't and won't support him. I really want to hear what any and all of you have to say, so please whether you agree or not, leave a comment. Just because I may disagree with you doesn't mean I won't listen to what you have to say. Now, I will leave you with a quote that pretty much sums up how I feel: "To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."
-- President Theodore Roosevelt.

Finally I Update

Well, let's see, I love my classes. I'm really pissed at one of my roommates. I'm not going back to DU next year. I'm going to photography school. I want to do either fashion photography or portraiture; either one would be great. I'm looking around for schools, right now the main contenders are: The Oklahoma School of Photography in Moore, The Hallmark Institute of Photography in Massachusetts, The Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA, and The Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Montana. I'm really tired, it is only Tuesday and I'm ready for this week to be over. I think that's all but it probably isn't, Oh well. Good night.
